· 1 green apple, cored & chopped
· 1 handful sunflower sprouts (1/2 cup)
· 1 cup baby spinach
· 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
· 1 can Coconut water (optional)
· 1 tbsp. hemp seeds (optional)
STEP 1
Combine ingredients except water in a high-powered blender.
Slowly add the water until smooth. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
STEP 2
Drink and enjoy!
